Description

Nino Caffè (1909–1975) painter, engraver.
In 1938, he took part in the Venice Biennale.

He spent the war period in Urbino. His house was across from the Cathedral and from the window he could see seminarians, who became his young priests.

They would be his favorite subject to paint, earning him the nickname, the painter of priests.
