All items for sale on Egidi MadeinItaly are original and unique antique, design, or vintage pieces.

We take care to check them thoroughly before putting them on sale.

Some pieces, being antique or design furnishings or paintings, may have imperfections or signs of wear due to age and use.

Each item in our catalog comes with technical details that accurately describe the item, its dimensions, its characteristics, and state of conservation.

In the photo gallery, you can also see detailed views of each item showing any imperfections.

Before being put on sale on the site, all items are selected, analyzed, and checked by industry specialists and an expert in antique furniture certified at the Chamber of Commerce and the Court of Rome.

If there is a payment error, it may be for one of the following reasons:

If your purchase from Egidi MadeinItaly is not to your total satisfaction, just send us an email to the address at the bottom of the page, giving the buyer’s first and last name and the order reference number. We will go ahead and cancel your order and give you a full refund.

Note:

If your order has already been shipped (you will have received an e-mail informing you of the shipping), you will be responsible for the shipping costs already incurred, which will be at your expense.

After placing your order online, you will be informed about the progress of your delivery. By logging into your Egidi MadeinItaly account, you can track the status of your orders.

After your order’s payment has been completed, an invoice will be available in your customer account. Click on the My Account icon at the top right> My orders> Download invoice.
