Pop Art is an artistic movement started in the United Kingdom and then in the United States in the late 50s, early 60s. Its leading figures are Andy Warhol, Roy Lichtenstein, and Robert Rauschenberg. As for furnishing, those designed in this period was made for a young audience with bright, extravagant colors and shapes, and made of plastic materials. Some icons of this movement are Marilyn Monroe, Campbell’s cans of bean or mushroom cream, and Art Space.
