In 1941 two of his works participated in a group show at the Galleria Rotta in Genoa.
Gian Carozzi in 1942 took part in the Littoriali for the year XVII in Trieste and Vienna.
At Galleria Il Ponte in Florence he presented his first solo exhibition.
