Bruno Sargentini opened the contemporary art gallery L’Attico in 1957, continued by his son Fabio in Piazza di Spagna. It nurtured avant-garde painting and introduced installations, while also creating innovative synergy with dance, music and theater.
It fueled the success of Jannis Kounellis, Luigi Ontani, Pino Pascali, and Gino de Dominicis.
