Key to its success was the support of the Castiglioni brothers and Tobia Scarpa and their faith in the company.

In the 1970s, Flos acquired Arteluce founded by Gino Sarfatti.

In the 1980s, it collaborated with the Philippe Starck brand on two iconic pieces: Ara and Miss Sissi. Its success continues to this day.
