Wei Tuo Pusa is also known as the Hindu bodhisattva Skanda, is one of the eight deities that protects the principles of Buddhism This carved wooden figure surface is recovered of red pigment, lacquer and gilding. Iconographically, he appears as a majestic, mighty general proudly portrayed in his armor.
