Description
Mario Schifano (Homs , 1934 – Rome, 1998) Italian artist, painter and filmmaker.
He was one of the leading exponents of the School of Piazza del Popolo in the second half of the twentieth century, together with Franco Angeli and Tano Festa. Modern Art.
Mario Schifano transferred television pictures onto canvas using the technique of photographic emulsion.
