Ezelino Briante (Naples 1901- Rome 1971) Oil on canvas depicting a marina. Italian marinas and ports, especially those in Campania, were a recurring theme in Ezelino Briante's work. His marinas, often depicting places such as Sorrento, Capri (where he lived for a long time), Maiori, and the Amalfi and Sorrento coasts, brought him great fame.
