The story of architect Buzzi, a leading exponent of the Milanese twentieth century, began in Sondrio in 1900.
He had many collaborations.
He was a founding member of the Club of Town Planners and worked on the project to redevelop the new urban decorum of the city of Milan.
At the 1927 Biennale in Monza, Tomaso Buzzi exhibited with Gio Ponti, Emilio Lancia, Michele Marelli, Venini and Pietro Chiesa in a stand belonging to the association ‘Il Labirinto’ which they founded.
From 1932 to 1933 he was artistic director for Venini in Venice and collaborated actively with Paolo Venini, Giulio Rosso, Pietro Chiesa and the main artists in the field of glass.
He died in Rapallo in 1981.
